I arrived at 11:00 PM to unload my trailer. After an hour (12:00 AM), I received a call informing me that I needed to park my trailer, despite the fact that there were several free docks available. I was left waiting another hour (12:46 AM) until they finally started working.

Arrived 830am for a 10am appointment parked walked to the guard shack and checked in he was cool got call at 9am for a dock door was loaded and bills in hand at 1040am dock doors r very tight not much room I doubt there's overnight parking like I said not much room to maneuver around

I Knew better than to take this load! In a door at 10am started loading at 1pm and it's now 4:30pm. There has a been shift change and the new guard doesn't know anything about my load. It has been more than 2 hours since a forklift went in my trailer. And I was the only live load all day. I Will Never Ever take another Kroger load. This will even detour me from shopping at any Kroger or affiliate.

PRIME INC DRIVERS If you get this load for pick up, just say no, unless it pays well. Here’s my story. THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT PARKING, THOUGH THE NOTES SAY OTHERWISE. Staging area is off Evans Street. Barely enough space for 2 trucks. Arrived 0845 Appointment 1130 In the dock by 1100 Out the dock NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN Have to navigate downtown, with construction, detours, tight turns, etc. Closest place to park is 40 miles away. They do not answer the phone. Low paying load.

I was skeptical cause of all the reviews.. I booked then looked… I got here Friday night at 10:45 door by 11:00 gone by 11:40… luck or timing..??!! me and the guard shack and a yard jockey on the lot… the 14 skids may play apart also but I was n and out like a robbery… they alright with me but I’ll probably never comeback cause lighting can’t strike twice they say.. Safe travel drivers
