6/28/26-Texas Roadhouse Albany, NY/ Server David Excellent in every way. All 4 of our steaks were cooked the way we asked, tender juicy and mine was especially flavorful. ALSO, Mgr on duty stopped by and we told him. With many visits to the Texas Roadhouses in Albany, NY, New Hartford, NY, & Naples, FL, All have been great. server wise,, food and prep wise. Kudos to each store team AND corporate for having and keeping high standards Explains why so many restaurants including big chains that lowered their standards with staff & product are losing business and MANY CLOSING. Thank you Albany team for another great dining experience TEXAS Roadhouse seems to ALWAYS BE BUSY while nearby restaurants with empty dining rooms are still complaining about COVID, THE ECONOMY or any other WEAK EXCUSE, (Suggest you look in the mirror) We will be back, (often) Carl L

We have been frequent customers at Cumming, Ga. Texas Roadhouse since they opened and in the past have had no complaints. However, recently, the last several months have been awful! My husband placed an order to go for a Dallas Filet cooked Pittsburg/rare and the girl on the phone said " I don't know about steaks."!! Its a steak house! We have always ordered the steak Pitts/med rare but the last THREE times the steak has been overcooked so we decided to try Pitts/rare this last time. When the order came out it was not Pitts so they took it back and said they would do another steak. It was slightly charred but Well Done on the inside! I am convinced that they took the first steak and cooked it longer to appear Pittsburg! Besides the steaks in the last 3 orders being poorly cooked or tough (filet is never supposed to be tough) we have had missing items in the order only to be discovered when we got home. It seems that the place has severely gone down in quality and attention to orders. On this last visit they gave us a voucher for $30. dine in only but who wants $30 worth of lousy food?! BTW I have been disabled for the last year and unable to actually dine in the restaurant so my husband always places our orders to go. He has learned to check the orders at the pick up window however you can't cut into a piece of meat at the window to see if its cooked properly! Someone has really dropped the ball at Texas Roadhouse in Cumming Ga.!

Went to the Hendersonville Tn location, arrived at 5:30ish . We were told it was a 1 half hour wait which was fine. They were very busy. I went in 2x to check on our time line, the young lady up front was very nonchalant. We waited till 8:00 still no call or txt for our table. I got frustrated because they were seating people that came after us(3 people). I called the manager at 9:30 and still no table. She was apologetic but nothing after. She took my name # and email and still week later haven't heard anything. We even had birthday cake to celebrate my sister birthday.. Will not ever go to a Texas roadhouse again.

Our visit to Texas Roadhouse in Mount Dora was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. The only positive part of the evening was unexpectedly running into a close friend from high school whom I had not seen in over 30 years. My husband and I were at the bar while waiting for our table when we saw her. While we were catching up, our table became available. At that point, manager Louis Montes repeatedly approached my husband and stated that if we did not immediately sit down, we would be placed back on the waitlist. He even requested that the bartender close out our tab so we could move to the table. My husband went ahead and sat down while I finished my conversation. The waitress came by multiple times for his order even apologizing but she said the manager told her to keep asking for his order. I then brought my untouched glass of wine to the table and joined him. As soon as I sat down the waitress was right there to take our order, I didn't even have a chance to look at the menu. We placed our order, and when our food arrived, I ordered another glass of wine. The waitress returned and informed us that we would not be served any additional alcohol. When we asked for clarification, she was unable to provide a reason and called a manager. Louis Montes then told us that the hostess had reported that we had “stumbled” into the restaurant, and based on that claim, they would not serve us further. This accusation was completely false. At that point, my husband had consumed only half a beer, and I had only one glass of wine. We asked to speak with another manager, and Dylan Nieves came out and repeated the same statement. We were shocked and embarrassed. To be falsely accused in a public setting was not only humiliating but completely unwarranted. We were them asked to leave. As long-time Lake County residents, we have never experienced treatment like this anywhere. It was clear to us that the focus was on turning tables as quickly as possible, rather than treating customers with fairness and respect because if we were intoxicated why would they let us leave and get into a car.

Headline: Love the Steaks, but We Need to Talk About the "Roll Roulette" Texas Roadhouse is consistently on my go-to list for great value and decent steaks, both locally and while traveling. However, I have one major "thorn in my side" that needs to be addressed by management and corporate: the wildly inconsistent roll quality. We all know those rolls are a star player, but only when treated right. I’ve experienced too many under-proofed, over-baked, and dry rolls to keep count. On my recent visit, I actually predicted it—the first basket was perfect (fluffy, golden, and butter-brushed), but the second round was dry and overcooked. When customers are ordering these by the dozen, quality control needs to be a priority. Taking the time to ensure consistency will benefit the brand and keep us in "Roll Heaven." Fix the roll game, and you’ve got perfection, lets talk business, "Roll Ambassador" sounds like a good start!
