The Starbucks Global Head Office is located at the Starbucks Center in the SoDo neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. This historic building serves as the central hub for the company's worldwide corporate operations. The headquarters is housed in a massive, historic facility originally constructed in 1912, which is recognized as the largest multi-tenant building in Seattle. Originally built in 1912 by the Union Pacific Railroad to house a Sears, Roebuck & Co. catalog distribution center, the historic structure was later repurposed into an urban mixed-use facility.

Please note! The Starbucks Reserve store closed at the end of September 2025! The main store is still open! On September 28th, I traveled all the way from Japan specifically to visit the Reserve store. This was because Google Maps still showed the Reserve store as “Open.” However, when I arrived on site, it was closed. Seeing the attached notice left me feeling utterly devastated. I immediately sent feedback to Google Maps requesting the information be corrected. This is to help reduce the number of people who might experience the same disappointment as me. However, upon checking the reviews again, I was shocked to learn others had faced the same disappointment. Fortunately, the Reserve store's Google Maps listing had been updated to “Closed.” This should lessen the number of people feeling sad. After this experience, I understand all too well the urge to give Google Maps a low rating. But as of late September, official information had been released—we simply overlooked it. (I knew about the official notice but still visited, clinging to the faint hope that Google Maps still showed it as “Open.”) I sincerely hope the Reserve store in Seattle reopens! This location remains the headquarters of a global corporation with countless fans. It still features the original logo, and the Starbucks symbol adorns the building's rooftop. Isn't that enough to be satisfied for now? If you wish to visit one of the few Reserve stores in the world, please come to Japan. You can experience the ultimate Starbucks experience and receive Japan's “omotenashi” hospitality. To all Starbucks fans. From a fellow Japanese person who, like you, came here looking forward to the experience, but it didn't happen.

Wow the negative vibe was bad today in the Starbucks I went to. I am disabled so before placing my usual order I like to write down the bathroom code so I don't need to interupt the worker later. She said even though I clearly had my app out, what are you ordering. She didnt smile say hello. I explained why I needed the code. She finally gave it to me after I placed my order. I tried to be friendly to her but she still treated me like an unwanted pest. She did not thank me for my order. I asked for a plate to eat my breakfast on she gave me a plastic knife. I had to eat it on a paperbag. It was such an ugly vibe. Is this how Starbucks treat the disabled? If so shame on you! I have been going Starbucks for over 25 years, but now I see firsthand how you treat the disabled. Even though I love my usual morning frap, if this how you treat the disabled or anyone I will be supporting a business who fosters kindness, love, and acceptance for of us. Today was the perfect example of corp greed, and how our society is crumbling. That human kindness is gone. This experience makes me sad because I have been a loyal customer for decades.

To whom it may concern, I recently contacted Starbucks help line but I couldn’t get much help. Maybe someone on here can help. I noticed most of the coffee tumblers, mugs and Accessories at star bucks have gone up in price over the past several years, as it should I suppose, no thanks to inflation. Will Starbucks ever adjust its rewards system as well. I can’t buy the good stuff anymore because it caps out at 400 stars. Once upon a time I could buy a nice insulated tumbler worth $20 and just pay for the taxes. Thank you, Mr stingy but not by choice.

I posted this on the local website as well as Yelp: am a nurse practitioner in Anchorage, Alaska who deals with patients living with anaphylactic allergies. Twice in the last six months two patients received dairy rather than the requested alternative milk at 110 West Tudor Road. The first patient took one sip, and immediateley experienced severe anaphylaxis requiring a 911 call and emergency transport to the emergency department. Today a patient requested an alternative milk, received dairy, took a sip and realized the mistake. her lips started swelling, she went back to politely request the drink be remade and was told she was gaslighting your employee! Allergies are SERIOUS and LIFE THREATENING! Even if you as an employee do not take the customer seriously, please be respectful and attentive to your job.
