I should've read the reviews and gone elsewhere ~ it took an hour and a half to get a gross pizza and burnt chicken & tots.. I tried calling several times, but was put on hold only to have no one come to the phone ~ poor customer service and inedible food 👎👎 Go somewhere else please!

Ordered a pizza online tonight, go inside to pick it up (waited 15 minutes), no one visible and it's nasty in the establishment. Finally some one comes up (no greeting) and ask me if I'm picking up, I say yes. Give him my name and he states it's not ready yet. I ask is it even in the oven and he said No, there are orders ahead of your... It's cool, just cancel it. I didn't really feel comfortable getting anything because of the way it looked inside.

So this what I spent my money on. Yall should be ashamed! Definitely dont care about the customers. Was my go to Domino's because I really never had a problem but after this I will never order from here and will tell people to avoid this place!

This literally had to be the WORST Domino's in Detroit, or Metro Detroit!!! Good is NEVER ready when it should be, had times where they couldn't handle the amount of orders and literally stopped taking orders and they always half make your order skimping on toppings. This location is 6 mins from where I live but if rather drive elsewhere 15-20 mins away for better service and better food. Lol at the difference in the way the same pizza was made from them versus the other spot on 6 mile and Wyoming. Better made with evenly distributed toppings on 6 mile. Stop patronizing this Woodward location. Manager didn't even offer to remake it, it apologize. She stood there counting pieces of chicken trying to point out 1 piece here and there! Ridiculous! If you can count it, IT'S NOT ENOUGH!!

I’m not from the area and placed my first order at this Domino’s. When the delivery arrived, I met the driver outside to make things easier. However, I was surprised that he had his car audio turned up very loud during the interaction. It felt unprofessional and was a bit embarrassing. His name is Edgar. When I got back inside and checked my pizza, I was disappointed. I ordered a stuffed crust, but the crust was very thin and inconsistent. Some slices had a decent amount of cheese in the crust, while others barely had any or didn’t seem stuffed at all. I also ordered a bacon pizza with extra bacon, but it didn’t seem like there was extra at all—if anything, it felt like a regular portion. On top of that, there were pieces of ham mixed in, which I didn’t ask for. I only wanted bacon. Overall, the experience was disappointing both in terms of delivery professionalism and food quality. I hope this feedback helps improve future service.
