Chilis on McDermott in Plano Tx. Took my wife there for a late lunch, we sat in the bar area. Sat down and it took the bartender, who was not busy tending the bar, 10 minutes to take our first order for chips & salsa. T minutes came and chips & salsa did too with our drinks. 15 minutes later the bartender is doing everything trivial she could do to keep from taking our order. The lady looked at us twice and I motioned that we were ready to order. All I got was a bad look like I was disturbing her! We walked out! The chips were stale. They would have been free on my wife’s reward program, or the 1,2,3 menu. I don’t understand how that location could possibly survive just off the bar drinks! Drinkers will generally blow off bad food service if the drinks are good! I don’t drink alcoholic beverages.

The waitress at the Oklahoma City restaurant off of NW Expressway mixed up two Bubala drinks, one was a margarita and the other one l was a Bubala lemonade for my 11 year old grandson, the only difference was the glasses were different. She handed our drinks to us and said "This one is the lemonade". My 11 year old grandson had drank almost half of the margarita. I spoke with the manager and all he said was "oh that's not good, I'm going to have to write her up, sorry. I asked for the GM's information, he quietly told me his name. I was going to call the police and have her arrested for serving liquor to a miner. Unbelievable!

This company is pathetic! The chili's locations across the south are ridiculous and should be ran out of business. They don't check on their properties nor make sure the inventory and food that is being served pass inspection. I wouldn't dare eat at another chili's ever again. I will let the local people know of this

Great place. They have a new building in a good location. Representing maggiano's and chili's, a good business for the community.
