I went to the new outbacks on Glads Road in n Boca Raton Florida for the second time and the wait was terrible. We waited overs two hours for hamburgers. We got there at5:15 and left at 7:15. We will never go back again.

Their ai texted me just to share that no one saw my resume or wanted to interview ect ect. Companies need to learn self control and how to communicate. It's getting unprofessional

Outbacks in Trinity is so unstable. Its hit or miss with the chef. Sometimes food is good and other times its garbage. We ordered a slab of ribs on Wednesday night for pickup. They were burnt and way overcooked. The new BBQ sauce is very spicy. Potato was over salted and ice cold. The icing on the cake, was last night, I was so in the mood for a steak so my wife and I went into the restaurant. Almost a 30 minute wait for a table for 2. We ordered the meal. The bloomin pedals (appetizer) came out after the salads. 30 minutes later our sirloin showed up. We ordered it medium. Hot and pink in the middle. It was raw. They wanted to cook it longer and I had to insist on a new steak. 20 minutes later the 2nd one comes out extremely rare in the middle and burnt on the outside. The manager came over to apologize but it didnt matter at that point. I-1/2 hours in the restaurant and still no steak. Obviously the chef was pissed off he had to make us our 3rd steak. When we cut it open it was close to medium. He saturated the steak in enough pepper for 20-30 steaks. It was inedible. He tried to get even. My wife and I both had a couple of bites but too peppery to consume. I had heartburn prior to leaving the restaurant. Once home (3 miles away) I was up for almost 2 hours with terrible heartburn constant vomiting. The steak dinner make us sick to our stomachs - literally. I am so turned off by this experience I feel I am obligated to write this honest review.

Messed up my onboarding and put me out of a job over something that was no fault of mine but the fault of the managers not communicating properly with each other about hiring me.

Disappointed in the corporate offices customer service. Had a very concerning experience at the outback location on Dale Mabry. Was asked to complete a survey, that was completed. Also requested somebody from the corporate office to reach out to me to Express my Concern as food was served raw and general manager with extremely rude and unprofessional . No one from the corporate office reached out or seem to care. Why ask customers to complete a survey if you really don’t care? This is the type of business this is now. Certainly not what the founders have created and then sold to this company. Since this company has taken over the food quality has declined and they clearly don’t treat their employees well, as the servers never had anything good to say about their corporate office. I was a regular customer 2 to 3 times a week at their outback locations. You have lost a customer and I will be sure to let everybody know about my last horrifying experience. I should have Sued this company as I was hospitalized. Looks like Long Horn will be getting my business going forward.
