My trash has not been collected in over a month, and when you call the office to inquire about why, there is constant excuse after excuse. The driver will note "trash bin blocked by trash", "trash bin not out", ect - when you provide pictures of the trash bin sitting on the curb the night before AND the morning of schedule pickup, they then change and say "our driver was out" - it's always a different excuse. My mailbox was destroyed by the driver hitting it with the loading arms on the truck, while setting down the trash bin, directly in front of the mailbox rather than to the side. And even after providing the company with camera footage and pictures, they still deny it happening. The continued failure to provide scheduled service—combined with the damage to my mailbox—constitutes unacceptable service.

Consistently missed pickups. Contract awarded by St. Louis County. Residents have no recourse. Credits for missed days not given. Terrible customer service.

Read your contract carefully. Lots of little things that will catch you if you aren't careful. Customer service person was not helpful.

We use Waste Connections for our business waste management services and have been pleased with their service and dumpster size options. We priced three other vendors and are glad we went with Waste Connections.

This company is a joke. They promise to charge you a monthy rate which is false. They missed a couple of weeks so I called about it and they fixed the issue so what I though. I got billed almost 1k in 3 months and my bill supposed to be little under 200 a month. This company will miss trash pick up on purpose so you can call and complain and they will pick up the next day and charge you extra yard which is double multiple times a month. I tried reaching upper management for months with no success. This is one of the shadiest company I ever seen and do yourselves a favor and don't choose waste connection there's other companies out there cheaper and reliable.
