Now I understand why this company have very low rating. Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible service and horrible horrible horrible customer service. I started my service on February the first and was supposed to get my trash picked up every Tuesday . They missed every single week!!!!!!!!!!! Litterly ever single week. I gave them a chance after a chance and the still missed up!!!!!!!!!! Like first time ok mistakes happens second fine ¯\🙄/¯ third 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨 but forth😳😳😳😳😳😳 for times in a row 🤨😳🤨😳. And when I want to cancel they said I still have to pay for the month of March despite their shitty horrible service. I apologize for my language but I'm soooo frosted right now. Edit I started residential trash service with Republic Services on February 1 with a scheduled pickup every Tuesday. However, the company repeatedly failed to provide the scheduled Tuesday pickup. The pickup was missed five consecutive Tuesdays without explanation. Because of these missed pickups, I had to contact customer service multiple times to request a return pickup. Although the company sometimes completed the pickup after I contacted them, the scheduled service itself continued to be missed. On several occasions, even the return pickup that was scheduled to make up for the missed service was also missed. Despite these repeated service failures, I continued to give the company multiple opportunities to correct the issue and remained patient while contacting customer service.Because the service was not reliably provided as agreed, I decided to cancel my service and switch to another provider starting March 11. When I contacted the company and requested that the March charge be removed due to the repeated missed service, they responded that my account would simply close at the end of the month according to their policy. I do not believe it is reasonable to charge a full month for March when the agreed weekly service was repeatedly missed and required multiple calls to correct. I am requesting a refund of the March charge as a fair resolution. I mean how hard this is!!!!!!! I see you pass my house. my trash bin is there with your logo!! just pick it up!!!!! jeez. YOUR LOGO IS THERE!!!!!

Would not even give 1 star if I could. Moved into an area that uses Republic Services for its trash pick up and it had been a nightmare. Have called multiple times and never get the same answer twice. Customer service is the worst. Not sure how a company could be so bad. No data that I need is ever available on their website so I am forced to call. So annoying!

Republic Services is a horribly rediculous company. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. My garbage gets picked up half the weeks and when you report a "missed pick up" the website says that "trucks are still servicing your area" and that they "can't take a complaint until they are out of the area (tried all day until 5pm). THEN at 5pm, they say they are closed and call back Monday. Liars and literally a trash company. Wish I could give zero stars. It's excuse after excuse after excuse. The one thing they are always miraculously on time about is sending you a bill. I literally should pay half of what I do because they only pick up my trash half the time (at most)

Unfortunately, my experience is similar to many other customers'. I've been dealing with these issues for years. Republic Services consistently misses scheduled trash pickups throughout the year. The service was especially bad after they acquired the previous trash collection company, and now they have missed my trash pickup for **three consecutive weeks**. You can call their offshore customer service, and the representatives are polite and courteous, but they don't seem to have the authority to resolve the problem. Their website also doesn't work properly for reporting missed pickups, and the collection history it displays is inaccurate. My suggestion is to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General. If enough customers report these ongoing service issues, Republic Services may eventually be required to improve its business practices.

What an incredibly bad company! The Village of Wildwood forced us to use this absolutely terrible service provider while we lived in that town. We sold the house. They issued an invoice the same day as closing which showed a credit balance of $130.84 and I've already confirmed that they have not issued a subsequent invoice. I spent about 3 hours on the phone trying to get them to send me a check and gave up. I then filed a BBB complaint about this. They lied to the BBB and said that my refund was sent electronically. No it wasn't. I just want my credit balance refunded. They were an absolutely terrible service provider for the entirety of the time we were stuck with them.
