Pulled in to Green Hills Lane and turned right on to Smith Street. About 150 yards down you will find in front of you the scale. When you pull up on to the scale this is an intercom system for the scale master. As this was first time at this branch I asked for assistance and was given a detailed explanation of what to do and where to go. I proceeded around the building and parked as I had to wait for another truck to be loaded. After he was loaded I backed in for my pick up, which was completed in 25 minutes. The company I work for picks up waste cardboard bales so the loading was quick. I pulled back on to the scale by coming out of the loading dock and completing a full circle of the building. Scale master said to come in to the office via sidewalk clearly marked. I signed for the load and checked weight on bill of lading. All good and in and out in just on an hour. Efficient, informative and friendly service.

On hold for over 4 hours with multiple departments just trying to set up services and inquire about pricing. Transfered several times over setting up service and pricing. What a shitty way to do business and get business. Ill be using another service.

If you want terrible customer service, lazy trash collectors that won't pick up your trash, AND extreme (and unexplained) expense - Casellas is your company! Was with Casellas for years and within just the past six months alone, my bill jumped up another $15/month for "fees" and other B.S. fluff. Imagine paying almost $75/month for having your trash picked up *every other week*, with them literally leaving spilled trash all over your lawn (OR just not even getting it at all) - even caught them on my Ring camera doing this! Of course, when addressing issues with customer service, they hire some of the absolute rudest people. These people are the kind of people McDonalds wouldn't even hire. Not even a simple case of one "bad apple", but over and over again. That's assuming anyone actually picks up the phone either. Instead of blowing money on fancy "eco friendly electric dump trucks" (most likely subsidized by not only the consumer, but the taxpayer as well), how about they hire people that will actually do their jobs and not be miserable or lazy about it? That's what people actually pay for. Happy to be with a local company that will take actually care of my trash every week for a flat rate of $55/month, actually answers their phone, and doesn't give me attitude just for simply calling with questions. And anyone with a CASELLA can outside... I'll happily let them know there are MUCH BETTER options out there - and for cheaper!

Absolutely the worst, this trash company is trash. No pun intended. Customer service trash, employees trash. They do not pick up your garbage as promised, I have had to call and get them to go back to my house over 10x in a year. ( Bill is paid let me remind you) I do not recommend unfortunately.

I live in Proctor and the town has a contract with them. They frequently left out my garbage at the curb. This time I decided to call as it was both garbage and recycle day. The immediate solution suggested was to pull back the garbage and push next week and wait for a month for recycle. When I insisted Amy (the voice of Casella) told me to call the town as they have a policy that they cannot send back the truck. When I wanted to ask to talk to manager. Manager was too busy to come to phone. Unacceptable and discriminative service. If I had an opportunity to dump their service I wouldn't think twice. If you are looking for a service and free to pick your service pick someone small and nimble. Casella is too big to satisfy their customers.
