I’ve been working with Gracie at FirstService Residential for years, and she is truly outstanding. She manages the application process with a level of professionalism and efficiency that makes a real difference in every transaction. Gracie is responsive, detail-oriented, and incredibly thorough. She moves quickly while still ensuring everything is handled correctly, which is not easy to do in this business. Whenever I see her name attached to an application, I know it’s in great hands. We had a very positive experience with the building management. Gracie was extremely responsive throughout the board approval process, especially when timing was important, and the team was equally helpful during our move-in to find the date that would suit us. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and we really appreciated their support and professionalism.
