Sloppy and poor quality through and through. We ordered premium raised spot gloss business cards for our business, and what we got was very poor quality. The print and spot gloss were misaligned, and the trim was so far off it went past the bleed and other customer’s designs were visible along the edges. Some cards were 1/8 in too big, others too small. After a week of waiting for support to reply they agreed to reprint the order. We just now got the replacement print nearly a month later and it’s equally as sloppy as the original! Crooked trims, misaligned gloss, streaky printing, it’s amateur hour. Needless to say we’re never using Moo again!

Their good customer service doesn’t make up for their faults. Their pricing is absurd compared to other online printers, and their turnaround times are atrocious. I have placed roughly 10 orders and over half of them have arrived late, despite paying for expedited production and shipping. When there are issues with production causing delays, they do not tell you until you reach out to ask about the status of your order. They advertise being able to print up to 50 separate designs on the back, and then mix the unique designs instead of boxing them separately, which is infuriating and takes hours to separate when you have a larger order. The idea of centering prints is unheard of in their production room and you will find that your orders often come skewed. They for sure have high quality products, but be prepared to be more disappointed than amazed when ordering from MOO.

BAIT AND SWITCH. FLASE ADVERTISING. Absolutely terrible. I paid for next day shipping and my order didnt arrive. In fact, according to UPS, this company didnt even give them a package to deliver. Here's the best part - I contacted them because my package with guaranteed over night shipping that was over $50, was not delivered. They apologized and said they'll send out a new package of what I had ordered immediatwly and it will be there by 10:30 am tomorrow morning. It didnt arrive. No notice. No email. Zero accountability. I had an event where I needed the cards that day. No reach out. No remedy. Just tried to contact them and they said sorry we're about to close. Spend your money anywhere else. This company and apparently their staff are insanely low quality.

"Extremely disappointing experience for a premium printing service. As a business owner, my time is my most valuable asset. I spent days trying to align technical requirements for a 'Raised Spot Gloss' finish, providing multiple AI-generated masks and adjusting layouts. Instead of offering professional design assistance to finalize a high-end order, the support team (Ashley) chose the path of least resistance: repeatedly canceling my orders and issuing refunds. Canceling an order is not customer service; it’s a failure to provide a solution. If you are a professional looking for a partner that can handle precise technical tasks, look elsewhere. MOO seems to prefer easy, automated tasks over supporting high-standard business branding. Moving my business to a competitor who understands that a refund doesn't compensate for lost time."

Amazing print quality. I had a problem with the first batch because i uploaded low quality samples and they worked with me and reprinted for free. Ive also used them in the past for business cards about 1.5yrs ago and those came out amazing too. Super simple process and they really care about how it comes out
