Installed StoneScapes Aqua Blue lifetime warranty 4 years ago. BIG MISTAKE. The blue turned gray and the pebble stones are coming off like crazy (see picture, this is every week). Contacted the manufacture Poolcorp NPTpool they told me that is my fault for poor chemistry, no warranty. I have all chemical happy faces from Pinch A Penny in the last 4 years. The inspector told me that he visits 10 pools every day in my county only. They give the same answer to everybody. Don't buy Poolcorp NPTpool Stonescascapes, stay with the concrete finish.

I read reviews often especially since I have friends that own Businesses dealing in the Residential and Commercial field ( which of course includes pools, landscapes, etc...)and POOLCORP had 5 Star reviews with their Quality of work, Professionalism with the Client, and also how every location they have all help each other to get jobs completed!!

One of their trucks damaged my vehicle, cannot get anyone on the phone from corporate office to address the problem. Local branch will not take ownership. Would give 0 stars if I could.
