Only corporate store. Level of service above and beyond. See Dave Hunter. He’s the master. Great guy. Has my pool looking like new with his expert guidance. I have a very expensive pool I built new 2 years ago. I trust doing it myself along with Pinch a penny. Way better than having a pool service come to my house. They make it easy.

I've had Pinch a Penny doing maintenance on a very large pool for the last 3 1/2 years for a home we purchased. They've handled replacement of ALL the equipment (pool was over 20 years old at the time we bought the home). Last summer they handled a complete renovation of the pool. New tile, coping, decking, PebbleTec, lighting, skimmers, etc. The work was excellent, and they have been totally responsive at all times for ANYTHING we needed or have asked for. David King has been our guy since day one. Highly recommend this team!

Fresh laid stone and this is what the tech did. Not only has the service been sub standard but the service manager Laurie has been unprofessional with the upgrade suggestions, rude and today to say the least I would not recommend this branch to take care of anyone’s pool. It’s been an unpleasant experience. I was onsite this morning and arrived while the tech was still here. Not to mention there has been sediment at the bottom since our contract. I just received the new picture from our land scraper that has been thankfully raking the tracks out. I pulled out the date stamps so you all can see this is habitual. I spoke with David over the phone today and his only explanation is that it’s the only way to gain access to the pool. Meanwhile there is a sidewalk and a gate on the other side of the house. It’s been 12 days since we requested an itemized list of equipment services they have done and charged for with no response. All I got from David today was that Laurie was on vacation. It’s sad. I met the service manager Micheal from the other branch near by on a job we were doing off of Belcher and he was amazing. Onsite with his techs. Sure wish we had that kind of support with ours. Unfortunately it’s not the case with this branch. I was told by David that they cannot go on the next door neighbors property when clearly you can see the track lead to the grass anyways.

Outstanding service! Their expertise has provided me with a crystal clear pool for the last five years. They have provided me with predictability by suggesting replacement items heading off any potential problems. I have had a positive relationship with the every employee at every level regardless of the issue. I strongly recommend them as they provide expert service.

My Maytronics pool robot failed within the warranty period, and their support team refused to honor it — leaving me completely without a solution. Fortunately, Dave at the Largo Pinch-A-Penny stepped in, worked directly with the Maytronics rep, and got me a brand new, out-of-box replacement. Dave and the team at Pinch-A-Penny delivered exceptional customer service and turned a frustrating situation around. Maytronics' direct support, however, was a significant disappointment and fell well short of what a warranty should mean.
