We had an amazing experience with Blue Haven from start to finish. The entire team was professional and committed to making our dream pool a reality. The design process was smooth, communication was excellent, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Our pool turned out beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. From start to finish, Blue Haven Pools delivered an absolutely outstanding experience. The process began with Mitch, who walked us through the design phase with incredible attention to detail. He took the time to explain every option and, most importantly, the pricing. Everything was clear, transparent, and laid out upfront—there were truly no surprises at any point in the process. Once construction began, the experience only got better. David managed the build with exceptional professionalism. The communication was phenomenal: daily email updates from startup to completion kept us informed every step of the way. Each phase of construction was explained clearly, timelines were communicated, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail were impressive. The final startup with Dwayne was the perfect conclusion to the project. He thoroughly explained how to operate and maintain the pool, walked us through all the equipment, helped install and understand the app, and reviewed all warranty information. We left feeling confident, informed, and fully prepared to enjoy our pool. Blue Haven Pools has truly mastered customer service, communication, and quality workmanship. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and family. We started with James Zimmerman as our design consultant. He designed a pool specific to what we were looking for. We were looking at several other pool companies but James is the only person to fight for our business. Once we decided on the design, they helped us with our financing options. We picked our colors and locked down what we wanted our pool to look like. Next we met our project manger Zack. He has only been in his position for a few years but you could not tell. He always answered when called and communicated every step of the way. We had a goal to have our pool done for the 4th of July and they completed the pool by June 27th. Last step was start up and training on how to work the equipment. Dwayne came on a Sunday to get things started. He was very detailed and made sure we understood everything. He suggested we video the start up so we could go back if we had questions. Overall our experience was exceptional and we would recommend Blue Haven to anyone wanting a pool.

From the first design meeting with Mitch and Dwayne, who really listened and turned our ideas into the perfect backyard oasis, to working with Zach as our project manager who kept everything on track and always gave straight answers, the entire experience with Blue Haven Pools was outstanding. My absolute favorite was Lisa, who handled the financing with incredible patience, answering every call almost instantly. We had a few normal construction hiccups, but that’s just how construction goes, and they jumped on every issue immediately. What truly sets Blue Haven apart is their communication, someone was always available, day or night, weekends included, so we never felt in the dark or stressed like the horror stories I’ve heard from friends who used other companies. Our pool and covered patio is gorgeous and we’re out there every chance we get, but the best part was how easy and enjoyable the whole process felt because of this amazing team. I recommend Blue Haven one hundred percent.

On Saturday, my pool’s water feature plumbing suddenly sprang a leak, and I honestly wasn’t sure how quickly I’d be able to get help. I called and emailed the Warranty Department, and to my absolute surprise, they had someone at my house within 40 minutes. Not days. Not “we’ll get back to you.” Forty minutes. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the issue was fixed quickly and correctly. The level of responsiveness and customer care I received was truly beyond impeccable. In a world where fast, reliable service is rare, this company absolutely delivered. This is the kind of service that builds trust and loyalty. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool company that actually shows up and stands behind their work.
