Ecolab used to have a reputation for quality. No more. Purchased an Ecolab wide mouth quart spray bottle at Home Depot. The product is cheap and poorly made. There's no screen on the inflow tube so the nozzle gets clogged with any impurities. And the spray head does not fit tightly on the bottle. So, inadvertently bumping into something, like a door frame or office partition, can leave you holding only the spray head while the bottle itself is discharging its contents on the floor. Downright dangerous. Ecolab, I'm moving on.

Ecolab came to spray my apartment today. The man who came was very friendly and professional with a good attitude. I am so thankful for your services.

Leased a machine for two years that needed to be fixed at least quarterly. First it was the computer, then the heating element. The techs were friendly enough but every repair took about 2 weeks to complete. They kept trying to blame our water. Our water is RO filtered and runs our espresso machine and that has never been a problem. A couple weeks ago they informed us that we weren't buying enough chemicals (I have 3 full jugs of chemicals that are unopened) and that the machine was going off lease and they were taking it out. They picked it up and left pools of water all over the restaurant.
