Arrow Exterminators

Both our technicians are GREAT! Travis (inside/outside) and Nate (mosquitoes) are consistently professional, punctual, and super communicative! While there has been alot of changes in staff at Arrow over the last couple of years, I can say that the customer service and response time remains consistent. Thanks guys!

We have been at war with mice and rats for four weeks now. Arrow keeps sending out new hires when we specifically ask for a more seasoned tech or manager. Service has been horrible. What’s worse, is the newbie employees are laughing saying they “we hear this a lot”. One guy recommended we go with other company altogether. Check out this photo of the last patch job they did. 😆

We have been using Arrow since we moved to the area in 2019. They have provided exceptional service for our termite inspections and mosquito control. The technicians and other staff communicate regularly about when we can expect services. I appreciate the care they provide to their customers.

I’ve been using Arrow services for almost five years. We started with a different popular provider and switched to Arrow after still having issues for a few months. We haven’t had any problems since and if we do, they’re happy to come back out. Special shout out to Nate for our mosquito service! I was expecting it to be tricky with all the rain, but he’s managed it well. Communication and knowledge are top notch! Thanks for taking care of us :-)

My technician is Nate and he always does a great job! He always is attentive and asks if I have any issues or concerns. He is very thorough and goes above and beyond every time he treats my home. He even makes my pets feel saved while he is working. Hands down one of the best technicians in his field.
