Thank God for legalzoom! Our Agent, Michael Boon was amazing. Hands dome the best. Because of him, we were 100% confident and sure that legalzoom was the right choice. Incredibly professional, personable, relatable and overall just a good guy. He was knowledgeable and understood our needs because this is our first time starting a business but he took our fear and turned it into exciting CERTAINTY. Bro, Michael.. we love you!

DO NOT USE LEGAL ZOOM - We had a horrible experience using Legal Zoom to set up a nonprofit for a church. They were quick to take our money but failed to listen to us and provided a lot of incorrect information. It required additional phone calls, hours, and extra money to correct the issues they failed to get correct. The agent that set up our account, Sebastian Hernandez, he tried to rush us through the entire application so much so...my husband said..."Man, slow down, you're taking our money but not listening. He kept typing in our payment info wrong and then overcharged us. When we caught all the extra charges and emailed him, he failed to respond quickly or even bother to correct the issue. We had to call several times...They failed to include the EIN obtainment, and that was another hour-long call. This agent got the company information incorrect as well. I will give kudos to Rogelio "ROSS" and Aditye in their customer support department as they truly listened to our issues and tried their best to make things right. Yet the overall experience with them was HORRIBLE. Save your time, patience, and money, and DO NOT go to them for any legal concerns. You will leave the experience frustrated and with a lack of trust in organizations like this. THEY SCAM you into subscriptions that are not explained (AT ALL), and then you see a charge on your account. In the end...I still have to call the IRS to correct the documents they got wrong. More went wrong than right. BE AWARE and find a more thorough, patient, and concerned company that won't treat you like just another no! I hate even giving them 1 star...as the experience was a negative -10 Star.

Place an order on June 6 for a LLC. Paid for expedite service. Still waiting and it's June 23! Had to file for LLC myself and got it back the next day without paying the state for expedite service. I have asked for a refund multiple times with no luck. They say they can't refund because it was submitted to the state. Also say they are waiting on the state. Funny how I did it myself and got it the next day. Been wait on them to complete for 11 business days

I’ve been battling with LegalZoom for over a month, and it’s been an absolute nightmare. I paid over a thousand dollars to incorporate my company, only to discover they filed the wrong articles of incorporation. Despite multiple attempts to correct the mistake and provide the correct paperwork, I’ve received nothing but empty promises. Every time I call, I’m met with support representatives who have no record of my issues—they’re clearly not empowered to help and refuse to escalate my case. I’ve been told I can’t even speak to the filing team. I’m now stuck in limbo, out a significant amount of money, with no resolution in sight. I’m beyond frustrated and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Google. Avoid LegalZoom at all costs!

If i could give this company a zero I would. Last year I got talked into a bunch of their subscriptions, one being a fee of a little over 1k for them to help me and file my taxes. I was happy to pay this amount since I needed help filing new business taxes for the first time. It was an absolute nightmare, everything that could of gone wrong went wrong. They completely forgot about me, even though i constantly would messages them through their chat. I was transferred to 3/4 different “tax professionals” before someone finally decided to help. They would not look at my spreadsheet to help with the tax right offs. They filed for a extension on my behalf but never told me that even though they would file for an extension late fees and interest will continue to occur. I ended up having to pay over $1k in late fees AND they filed incorrectly where i had to pay an additional $900 in taxes that was mis calculated. The worst part of this all is that they charged me for the same $1k “tax service” because they had my card on file for the upcoming tax year. For 2025 tax year that obviously has not occurred but because i noticed the charges after 30 days that i was charged they refuse to give me my money back for a tax service i have not used and WILL NOT use. stay away from this company.
