They are in charge of maintenance for my community in Arizona. Currently we are seeing an increasing number of weeds some are 4 feet tall. Forget about speaking with any one of authority; the people that answer the phones are very pleasant, but do not have any real information.

This so called business should be ashamed of the two star rating that they have. Just drive through the Polo Run community in Lakewood Ranch, FL and you will see the dismal failures of this pathetic company. You will see dead brown lawns, dirt spots, missing sprinkler heads, stained garage doors with pesticide spray, stained paver driveways from pesticides, half mowed lawns. The so called manager Jose drives around angry in a white pickup truck all day circling the community doing nothing in his brightly colored safety vest, never missing a cigarette nor the workers who take "weed breaks".

Terrible company, they should work on all these bad reviews. Avoid at all cost. They do not complete the job they are paid for. Months, this has gone with out weed eating. Mowing is subpar, very fast a in a hurry to not finish and leave.

I called to get a bid for a property in Bunnell FL. The promptly came out for estimate. It's been almost 2 weeks now and no estimate, email or phone calls. I called office two days ago to inquire, and they said I would get a call back that same day. Still no calls, emails. Very disappopinted. Hate to beg someone to give them our business. Very large weekly job, their loss!!
