I-285 to exit 27. GA400/Hwy19 north to exit 12A. T/R off ramp, follow to T intersection. Left lane to T/L there. Go a mile, pass Publix and look for the sign on the left. I brought trees on a 53'van. It takes time for them to unload and put stuff away as they go, so bring a sammich and a coke and a smile. Nice folks working here that I saw and had contact with.

I came to the Alpharetta location all the way from the McDonough location due to lack of plants and customer service. The hour in a half drive was worth it! I want to give a big big thank you to Maritza who helped me from the moment we got there! She helped us choose and load the plants we were looking for and gave us tips and tricks on how to care for them. She knows her stuff and is so so friendly! If you need help getting your garden going I hope you run into Maritza!

No one answers the phone so I drive up there, and there’s 5 people sitting by phones. They refer me to irrigation office. I enter say “hello” no one is there. I look around and there’s a guy scrolling his phone in the back. I ask “do you work here?” He replies “ yes but I’m on lunch”. I’d give zero stars if possible for the “customer service”

SiteOne is a great location for your Belgard paver block. They also have landscape materials,flagstone, pipe, handtools, and other live goods. Exceptionally knowledgeable staff, and their willingness to help you is unmatched. The only downfall is unless you are in the landscaping business and have an account, you will pay a premium price for the items. This is not a dealbreaker as they have the highest quality landscape items you can put your hands on. If you’re buying block, stone or anything requiring a lift, they will help you load it into your vehicle. Highly recommended

TRUCKERS: THEY ARE VERY SLOW AS THEIR COMPANY POLICY IS TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS FIRST - SO IF YOU END UP ON A BUSY DAY YOU MIGHT GET TO UNLOAD NURSERIES BY HAND JUST TO GET OUT OF THERE. THEY WILL KEEP IGNORING YOU AND SELL TO CUSTOMERS AS LONG AS THERE ARE ANY.
