They’ve lost a customer. A glitch in their mobile app caused my reservation to be made at a different hotel than what I chose. We couldn’t contact the hotel directly due to a phone issue at the hotel, so they said there was nothing they could do. If I cancelled the reservation I would be charged for the stay. Four days later I get an email saying they would’ve refunded the charge had I not used the reservation. Good to know AFTER the fact.

First allow me to express my feelings of the experience with dismay! This was the worse experience ever and I am 55 years old, travelled the world under this hotel establishment I will cancel my membership and have my family do the same. Let me began by saying Hugo and Marcin did not communicate well. I came to the hotel front desk to check in and met with Marcin and he informed me that the room was settled. I went back and front with him asking him if he was sure. He insisted that everything was taking care of. Therefore, I assumed that it was taken off my credit card. After the key was given to me, I went to my room, settled, and took a nap. However, I came down that evening to ask the same question and the same person Marcin told me the same thing, “the room is settled.” Fast forward. I came down to the lobby to get water Sunday morning and felt I need to ask the same question out of concern. However, I met the only professional personnel in my entire stay, Kenny. Kenny informed me that my room wasn’t paid for. I informed him of what transpired previously. He explained what may have happened and apologized, To explain, he said that the previous staff may several errors concerning the reservation, however, he said I could not return to my room until my bill is paid and had me escorted to my room by a security guard to retrieve my card. By the way, Kenny was told by Manage Hugo to have me followed to my room as if I was a thief. I felt harassed and bullied by Hugo.I am mother and a wife. I was humiliated and embarrassed. This situation occurred because the hotel staff lacked customer service, communication skills and training. I had to hold my tears back and was so shocked that I began to feel sick. I will be speaking with my lawyer on this matter. I pray that this doesn’t happened to anyone else. Again, this is the worst hotel stay and experience in my entire life.

I usually stay in other hotels for business and pleasure. First time I booked a room with Wyndham hotel. Called their number to see if they can link the stay to my profile. Not possible!!! Spoke to 2 different agents and was waiting for the 3rd. Waste of time. Terrible customer service. No body knows what’s going one.

avoid Wyndham garden at Kansas City airport, their manager Haydee Bernal overcharge the pet fees, we signed the pet fee agreement as $40 per stay, but charge for $40 per night. And I point out she is wrong, but she just never dare to reply me, what a dishonest business! All the pet lovers should avoid that hotel

First the Super 8 by Wyndham in Shawnee,OK, is a motel, a very nasty motel with nasty people working there. It was 1am, he was upset I woke him, he smelled of weed, and then told me I didn't have a reservation. I showed him I had paid for 2 rooms with 2 queens for my kids and grandkids traveling. So then I had asked several times prior for adjoining rooms, he said they didn't have that but instead gave me 1 room 410 and another 502. Needless to say, after heated arguments, we went somewhere else, I never signed anything, we never accessed either room. We stayed across the street. I hope to at least part of my money back. Booking.com is working on the case. I recommend you stay in 1 across the street. I will never stay there nor book anything. The 1 in Van Buren was almost as bad a few months ago. Horrible, awful place, horrible people.. beware
