I booked a trip with this company as I have several times never have. I had such a horrible experience. Once I booked my trip, I received some news on a medical issue and had to cancel my trip. And within the parameters, I did cancel my trip, and now they won't give my money back for my plane tickets, first, they told me I had to go through southwest. Because they didn't have anything to do with it. Then, southwest told me that's not true. They told me expedia would have to refund my money. Expedia then said, oh well, you didn't cancel in time so we can't give your money back. We can give you flight credit, but it's only good till November, which I cannot use this year due to my medical issue, I told them that and all they could say, was, well, sorry, there's nothing we can do. They made no effort whatsoever to work with me. Basically, they are thieves. They don't care about their customers at all, and they will do nothing to accommodate you or help you in any way, so save yourself the hassle and book with somebody else.

DO NOT SHARE CREDIT CARD DETAILS WITH EXPEDIA We booked a hotel in Flagstaff through Expedia, which required us to provide our full credit card details upfront. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations upon arrival. The room was unclean, and the bed looked as if it had already been used, with the sheets merely having been pulled straight. We complained about the condition, and after some back and forth, were assured a cancellation. At the front desk, they claimed our credit card had not been charged. However, a quick look at my banking app showed that the amount had already been deducted. When asked, both the hotel and Expedia customer service denied having processed the charge. The responsibility for taking the money is simply being passed back and forth. After this experience, my trust in Expedia and their handling of sensitive payment data is completely gone. I am currently still waiting for my refund. For future trips, I will switch back to Booking.com, where billing has always been transparent and reliable. Writing this review now, it doesn't surprise me in the slightest to see so many other negative reviews for Expedia.

I recently spent nearly $5,000 through Hotels.com during a six-day trip. After that level of business, I expected competent and professional customer service when I needed assistance. Instead, the offshore phone representative was rude, repeatedly talked over me, and simply would not listen to what I was trying to explain. I made several attempts to explain the issue, but the representative continued interrupting me. Eventually, I became so frustrated that I hung up. Hotels.com and Expedia Group seriously need to reevaluate their offshore customer-service model. There is a tremendous pool of experienced senior workers in the United States who know how to listen, communicate professionally, solve problems, and treat customers with respect. After spending nearly $5,000 in six days, receiving rude, dismissive, and incompetent customer service was completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, Hotels.com should be avoided.

This is a classic bait and switch tactic: I used Expedia to reserve a room at a Comfort Inn, JFK International, earlier this month. Only after I booked did Expedia notify me that the Inn's shuttle stops at 11 p.m. My flight arrives too late to catch the shuttle. I asked Expedia to cancel my reservation. The next day, Expedia informed me that it had contacted the hotel, which refused to cancel my reservation, and there was nothing more it could do. Expedia is worth $38.60 billion.

What a beautiful campus. This is an amazing landscape design and eco friendly establishment. Truly a must contour when in Seattle. Schedule a tour as it is so worth it! The grasses and trees are amazing. The history of the buildings and architecture is an experience to behold. A++
