100% satisfied with the service. First of all, I was impressed with the security for the customer. Before arriving, a text was sent with the name and picture of the craftsman, so I knew exactly who would be at the door. That in itself deserves 5 stars. My repair included the following: repair a kitchen cabinet drawer that broke off from old brackets, tighten hinges on all kitchen cabinet doors and caulk between backsplash and kitchen counters. My craftsman, Jake, arrived on time, started working immediately, was personable, very competent and professional. 5 stars for Jake. I would definitely use Ace Hardwood Handyman services again and highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience with Ace Handyman Service. It was easy to schedule and I got an appointment right away. They asked detailed questions about the job I needed. Martha was excellent. She also made sure that everything she did was just what I wanted. Her work was great and she cleaned up after the job was complete. I’m very happy with the job she did.

I am currently getting drywall repair from water damage. The contactor is very knowledgeable and courteous and from what I can see so far the work is good. The only problem that I have is that they do come prepared to protect your home furnishings. No Shoe covers or drop clothes to protect the floor from the plaster and dust created from the destruction of the damaged area that they are repairing. No covering for your furniture to protect it from the falling plaster and dust. When mentioned to the contractor no response was given. He did cut a plastic bag to try to cover a couple of areas. This is unacceptable for a business of this sort . We realize that some clean up afterwards is necessary but not to the point that you need a cleaning service. I took off two stars for that!!!!!!!!

**Updated** Ace is great! Definitely my go-to Handyman. I have now used them three times (1x to remove a door, 1x to install a hard dryer vent up to the rooftop, and 1x to remove old stackable washer and dryer and install the new one). Each experience was easy, and Vicky always schedules Ace Handymen to come out quickly. That are always on time and update you as they are leaving and about to arrive. Whether Jake, Sam, Delaughn, etc. - all highly skilled on their craft. All the Responded very quickly to my thumbtack add and got me scheduled quickly. Very professional and highly recommend.

Jake was awesome. Completely fixed this annoying leak we had above windows. Communication was easy and text updates the morning of. He walks you through everything and discusses his thought process. Would highly recommend.
