I hired TSS to build a storefront and some doors. From beginning to end, this has been an extremely poor experience. I would not in anyway recommend TSS. We still have a problem that they are refusing to fix on the timeframe that my client has requested. Considering it was their mistake, you would think that they would bend over backwards to fix it quickly. That is not the case. I would never leave a poor view for a company that would own their mistakes. Unfortunately, that is not been the situation here.

TSS is always helpful, informative, and professional. The service is great with great turnaround times. We have used them on several projects and haven't had any issues. 10 out of 10.

We find that working with TSS on a number of projects has been excellent. From the time that we received or quote and throughout the ordering, submittal and releasing of materials has been outstanding. I highly recommend TSS for all of your bullet resistant needs. Todd Ross is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with when obtaining pricing for our bids.

Excellent communication and customer service. Clear and simple documentation related to fabrication and production progress, ensuring accuracy and minimizing mistakes. Item was packed and shipped, arrived on schedule and in perfect condition (with related paperwork and installation included). All in all, very smooth and pleasant experience. Very rare nowadays. AAA +, highly recommended.

Using TSS for new schools. Every step of the way, I was treated like my project was the only one they had. Chance B. Is a great person to have on your side! Highly recommend this company and product!
