My employer resides in this building, as well as Ogilvie train station. A festive location with lots of activity and vendors. Union Station is across the street but it’s not the bustling part of downtown Chicago. Located one block west of Wacker Drive.

I was here for a short business trip and the building alone made me feel like I was in New York. Very reminiscent of the World Trade Center. The train station was on the lowest level and even had a marketplace similar to Chelsea Market in downtown Manhattan. You literally almost have no reason to leave the building, especially as cold as it gets in Chicago. The Accenture office is state of the art as well.

While waiting to catch my train I couldn't find a any restroom available. They claim to have one for the whole building. The one and only is currently out of order or it takes an enormous time to clean. You would think they would have more than one.

The building is nice. The food court is unsafe. There is security all around the lobby but they still allow the homeless walk around and beg everyone in the lobby for money. They changed the security director because there is no way Mr. Jenkins would have allowed this to go on. I was in the lobby and all of a sudden about 100 protesters took over the building while security was right there . It's just a very unsafe place and that's too bad because it's a nice place

Nice building but the only restrooms they have are closed for cleaning at least twice per day. This is a public space and it should have restroom availability during all hours of operation. I guess the people who made the rules never have a restroom emergency. This cruel and inhumane!
