Valvoline Instant Oil Change

We recently visited Valvoline Instant Oil Change for an oil change, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire service took only about 15 minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The quality of service was outstanding, and Michael provided top-notch customer care. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was explained clearly throughout the process. The team also checked all of the filters in our vehicle and made sure everything was in good condition. It’s great to see a shop that pays attention to the details while still working efficiently. Fast, professional, and reliable service. We’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick and hassle-free oil change.

I had really good experience in this store. The manager was very friendly and told me that he will give me a discount for a 20% and help me to get the high-quality oil level. I can’t finally recommend this team. Everybody is very friendly. They checked everything in my vehicle. Also they check my oil filter cabin filter filter. I am really happy that I visited this store and can recommend the store for everyone. So next time, if you’re gonna choose where to change oil, you will know that here you can do that oil change highly recommended .

Excellent service from the guys and gals at Valvoline. Always friendly and professional and attentive to detail when working on your vehicle. They recently helped helped me with an oil change on my car. Edit: while I was there for my service, another customer was having his check engine light read, the shop OBD 2 reader was not readily available, so one of the guys got his personal reader out of his car and read the man’s engine codes for him. Just stand up professionalism. Highly recommend this location.

This place was literally some of the best customer service I’ve experienced! Chris was so nice and friendly and quick. Layla helped replaced a screw on my back license plate. So sweet. Very fast and efficient and I would highly recommend! Thanks guys I will definitely be back. :)

I found one of the technicians quite rude, and more than once I have seen them try to convince me that the oil level was full when it was not. They did not check the air filter at all. I had to tell them to check the air in the tires and windshield washer, solvent, and other checks that were normally done for me. I have used Valvoline for many years but found the price way too high for the rudeness and in adequate service that I received.
