My 2013 Infinity needed a muffler - coming from CT I knew I had rust issues as well. After Ken inspected the car he explained what I needed and the rust complications To insure I understood the issues he took the time to show me exactly what he was talking about - then explained what he could fabricate to install a new muffler without damaging the catalytic converter. Ken was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous; he took the time to answer all my questions. I’ve been looking for a reputable garage for general car maintenance I will be returning to Northlake Midas for my next oil change

Ihad a great experience at Midas. The team was professional, honest, and got my car taken care of quickly. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient, and my car is running perfectly now. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto service.

Ken and his team at Midas were fantastic. They worked quickly to resolve an issue with my muffler and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everyone was very friendly and took the time to clearly explain what was going on, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable and honest service.

We had a flat tire and brought it to this location. Gerald helped us - he was very kind and professional. He also provided phone call updates and pricing upfront and notified us of additional issues and additional pricing. There were no hidden fees and no upselling. Completed the job in an hour! Would definitely recommend!

Walked in the shop on a Saturday morning with all bays full and no openings in their parking lot. The manager Ken said he'd take my car as soon as one bay was free. He personally did the work on my car, fixing a clearance issue causing loud vibration with my aftermarket catback system. Showed me where the problem was and how he planned on fixing it. Took about 90 minutes and car is perfect now. Charged me 1 hour labor which I felt was extremely fair. Thank you to Ken Stepanian and his crew at Midas Northlake. Honest quality work.
