Tommy and Bobby did amazing work! They took us in right away and gave us peace of mind with an unexpected tire issue. Affordable too. Thanks again to both of them for amazing service, will be back!

I was at Firestone and oh boy this was very frustrating. I went in with an appointment to get the plastic sheet below my car fixed. I told them I would wait in the lobby while my car gets fixed. They said it would take a couple of hours. I was prepared to wait until then (or walk to the nearby Costco for some grocery shopping). And then I saw that the whole process took a little over 15min to fix (from taking my car into the shop to getting it fixed). I was happy that the vehicle got fixed that soon. I guess I am used to businesses being very excited to finish their work before time, if it is a quick fix and check the customer out. But then, they took more than 45min to check out. It was frustrating as I was waiting in the lobby this whole time. It took just 2-3min to check out (pay the bill and leave). I am not sure why I was being held back!!

Firestone auto care is THE place to get your care looked over. They took amazing care of me, talk to Mike - he especially made me feel seen and taken care of. Also huge shout out to Adam and Austin for helping me every step of the way - my 20-year old car would not be running the way it is without their expertise and help. The service is truly amazing and I’d recommend anyone and everyone to choose Firestone for their car needs!!

Mike and Tommy are absolutely wonderful! We came in last minute with a completely flat tire and no clue if we’d have a ride to work the next day. Despite it already being late and the tire being unfixable, they were able to get us in and out in no time! They were both very helpful in making sure we knew exactly what we needed to get back on the road safely without completely breaking the bank, which we are so grateful for. I will absolutely be coming back here to have my car serviced and look forward to working with Mike and Tommy again!!

I had such a great experience at Firestone! They fixed my Ford Flex incredibly fast and were super nice the entire time. Everyone there was helpful, professional, and made the whole process so easy. It’s rare to find a place that’s both quick and kind, but they absolutely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever my car needs anything! Highly recommend!
