Was put on bay4 GP1 by nights, then had to move to GP2 at the request of warhouse manager to which i complied. Part way through TRANSPORT MANAGER got involved after a not too gracious 1st interaction in the goods inwards office. To say this man needs manors and an understanding of moving heavy / light loads. Myself i use crutches to walk and trying to open and shut doors with handles i can not reach of the floor is an impossible task( his remarks not his problem) Warehouse manager great chap (☆☆☆☆☆) Transport manager enough sad without being too impolite( )

Ordered some tiles for our kitchen. Measured area to the nearest square centimetre by marking said area in pencil. Took measurements to Tony in Bedford branch, since according to your website, you are the "experts". Tiles were bought in October, contractor just finished job, but we now have 15 boxes left. This was after your "expert" calculated the amount we needed. We have 165 tiles left due to your totally incompetent staff. We have his measurements worked out on a piece of paper which proves the over ordering is your side and no refund was offered due to your 30 day refund policy. Surely respossibility for this lies with Topps Tiles.

In store staff are great, but their web team are useless. I order tiles to be delivered to my local store today. The order hasn’t even been processed by their web team! So thanks Topps Tiles web team - I am a disabled person who is having spinal surgery on the day you now plan to deliver (next Wednesday). Builders have ripped out my bathroom and reinstalled what they can, but without tiles I can’t have a shower! And my builders are booked on another job next week. Thanks for nothing.

Ordered tiles one week ago - paid in full. Day of delivery called to confirm - was told yep, on their way. Waited till 5pm - cut off point - called them to be told, they wont arrive today, but possibly later in the week. Wife took days holiday to wait in. Cancelled order. Why waste people's time Topps Tiles? Hope the cancellation inconveniences you too.

Poor service- the staff got my order completely wrong and try to blame it on me - we ordered brown tiles and got grey confused ? I am !!
