Bought Carrera Gold polished porcelain tiles recently and am very pleased with them. Delivery was as promised, price and quality were great and after an issue with a couple of tiles that were damaged on the edges, Kaz in customer service provided immediate replacements. I would definitely recommend Tile Mountain and will use them again - everything worked out brilliantly.

I have ordered from Tile Mountain numerous times over many years. My last 2 experiences with them is any damages and imperfections are now rejected by Tile Mountain as to be expected. Sadly I won't be ordering or recommending Tile Mountain again as they are very distrusting of their loyal customers. I am in communication with Customer Services but they have failed to compensate me or deliver replacements.

The customer services were great however when taking delivery of the first order which was delivered on time and in good condition. But when stripping down the pallet noticed a few edges chipped. This was only once I opened each pack of 2. It was not noticeable by the picker unless he undid the pack. I reported this back within the 24 hours specified and you agreed to replace the damaged ones and I also ordered a few more just in case. You delivered the second batch on time but again some were damaged. No one double checked them I assume. Again I reported this within 24 hours, again a redelivery turned up with 2 out of the 3 damaged not checked again. So I gave up trying to respond with the damages. The customer is fuming and I had to send an employee back 3 times to do the job. Which cost labour rates. I think I should get at least 50% back from the original order due to this. One star as I could not put any lower.

We recently bought these tiles from Tile Mountain as part of a major refurb project. The quality is superb and colour variations look natural. I still can’t quite believe that we managed to find fantastic stone effect tiles at such a great price. The tile samples were easy to order and arrived the next day. Once we’d placed the order, Kaz in the Customer Services Team went above and beyond to make sure our delivery arrived without a hitch. Three and a half tonnes of tiles safely unloaded! We’ve shopped at quite a few tile stores over the years and these guys are definitely the best - Thanks to everyone at Tile Mountain 🤩👍

Really impressed with Tile Mountains free sample service. I ordered a few samples from their website and then narrowed it down to the ones I liked when viewed in person. I then visited my local store and purchased a full tile (believe you can order a half size sample for delivery also). The help in-store from Adam (Tunstall store) was appreciated and he clearly is very knowledgeable. Excellent service all round without any heavy sales patter or pressure. Prior to visiting Tile Mountain (which we did so on recommendation) we visited another major tile retailer and the comparable price was more than £2k! .... And Tile Mountain had a much larger range of designs and colours so finding something we liked was easy. As for the Brighton Blue tiles, these are really lovely. Nice big format but looks like smaller victorian style tiles. Can't wait to get them put down in the porch. We have more rooms to tile and will not hesitate to use Tile Mountain again and in particular this store. Thank you Tile Mountain and In particular Adam C 👍🏼
