I recently had the opportunity to visit the Frasers Group UK Warehouse, and I must say, it was an impressive experience from start to finish. As a frequent shopper of their brands, I was excited to see the behind-the-scenes operations that keep everything running smoothly. First and foremost, the organization of the warehouse is commendable. Everything is clearly labeled and easy to navigate, which made my visit efficient and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products, ready to assist with any questions I had. Their enthusiasm for the brands they represent truly shines through. The selection of items available was fantastic! From sportswear to casual fashion, there was something for everyone. I was particularly impressed by the range of exclusive items that are hard to find elsewhere. The quality of the merchandise is top-notch, and it’s clear that Frasers Group is committed to providing customers with the best. Additionally, I appreciated the cleanliness and safety measures in place throughout the warehouse. It’s evident that they prioritize not only customer satisfaction but also the well-being of their employees and visitors. Overall, my experience at the Frasers Group UK Warehouse was exceptional. Whether you’re a loyal customer or new to their brands, I highly recommend checking it out. It’s a great way to discover new products while enjoying a seamless shopping experience. I look forward to returning soon!

Purchased some Timberland shorts after Christmas. The courier delivered sent me a beautiful photo of the package on my doorstep as I was at he should have taken it away and notified me of next delivery when I got home it was not there. I am now trying to get a refund without any success saying they are investigating. I keep getting the same automated email stating they understand my frustration but the don’t all I want is a new pair of shorts or a refund. They are totally useless and don’t care about their customers and customer service is shocking. Avoid.

I was sold a Barbour jacket in the Fraser’s Dundee branch that had minor damage to the front. After pointing this out at checkout and asking if they had another in stock (they didn’t) they agreed to give me 10% off sale price which I was very grateful for. However, when I got home I noticed that (on top of the minor damage) there was also pen ink stains on the back and hood of the jacket. These were not present when on the hanger in store as I checked the product thoroughly so it’s likely to have happened when the cashier handled the product. I contacted customer services for Frasers and was told multiple times that they couldn’t do anything and that I need to visit or contact the store and that there was nothing they could do. This is quite frankly shocking that I am expected to make the journey back to the store at my own expense when this is not my fault. For context, I live over an hour away and was visiting Dundee for the day. I have tried calling the store from multiple devices and the number doesn’t connect so even contacting the store remotely isn’t possible. Really disappointing, as I shouldn’t be expected to inspect the product so thoroughly and be at a loss either way. Won’t be buying anything from Frasers in future now that I have learned how poor their customer support is.

Absolutely rubbish retailer with poor customer service. You can try contacting them but you will be lucky if someone is able to help you. I returned an order but was told the item was used despite it not being touched and refused a refund as they arrived later than expected.. When the item got delivered the bag had a fricking hole in the side but the items were all there. Been back and forth reported issues with redelivery of the supposed used items. Supposedly left behind a bin by an Evri courier when I had paid for DPD service which went missing! After some back and forth and delays in response from their end they said I hadn't reported the issue on time although this was done immediately. Absolute jokes! Don't waste your money with these guys!

Purchased a faulty headset at one of their game stores 5 days ago and the store refuses to honour the exchange or refund policy even though the store policy states we have 28 days, they then say we have to go through the chat bot that doesn’t do refunds.
