Very disappointing experience with a €50 gift voucher purchased at the Clonmel, Tipperary, Ireland store. When I tried to use only part of it, I was told that no exact balance would be returned because they were following an SOP. The voucher itself says “No change given.” An area manager later offered fixed €10 or €20 vouchers, which would not necessarily equal the remaining balance. I was also told the voucher could not be used with offers or promotions, although that restriction was not printed on it. Irish gift-voucher rules say customers cannot be required to spend the full value in one transaction. Where more than €1 remains and it cannot be used later, the exact balance must be returned through cash, electronic transfer or another voucher. The person I initially spoke with was also unnecessarily hostile. I have raised this formally with Domino’s Customer Care and reported the matter to the CCPC. I will update this review if the store resolves it properly.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Domino's Vikrampuri branch Hyderabad, India. We placed our order (#65) through Swiggy, but since Domino's handled the delivery themselves, we expected better service. Unfortunately, the pizza was delivered after more than an hour, and by the time it arrived, it was completely cold and tasted terrible. This is not the first time I've faced this issue with this outlet. What made it even more frustrating was visiting the branch and seeing staff sitting around chatting while customers were receiving such poor service. As a loyal customer, I expected much better. Sadly, this experience has completely changed my opinion. I would not recommend the Domino's Vikrampuri branch to anyone until they improve their food quality, delivery standards, and customer service. #Dominos #CustomerExperience #PoorService #FoodDelivery #DisappointedCustomer

Absolutely shocking. Audio for intercom for entry barely works. Arrive on time to tip and sat on a bay for an hour before they even come out to you if you lucky enough to even get on a bay. Then take 2 hours to tip half a fully loaded trailer before they go on off on their own break with zero urgencies about getting the job done and finished.

wow what a waste of my time spent 1 hour 30 hours liasing between the store and customer service based at milton keynes..... to find out why i could not order a specfic offer on the app was told by the store to contact customer service by customer service who would come back to me by sending a email to the francise ... iam bored typing this its a PIZZA

Would give 0 if I could! Dominoes Gillingham sent an item with an incorrect sauce (which looked like the sauce thats meant to be on it) and chilli (meant to be gherkins). Didnt eat the chilli, however when eating the sauce it become apparent the sauce wasnt right. Since this, ive been in hospital with a serious allergic reaction where I needed medication to help me as I was going into anaphalaxis. Not happy!
