I want to give 0 if possible. Absolutely useless with enquiries, never pick up call. All they can say is to wait 7 working days for 1 simple enquiry. they have been delaying my sale for so long, and not even apologising for their lack of efficiancy. useless people and they expect you to pay over 500 pounds for management pack! all they ask is your money, when you delayed your payment, they increase prices and will take you to court. When you need support from them, they don't do anything at all! absolute SCAM!

Absolutely disgraceful. As a freeholder, I find it outrageous that I am being forced to pay ongoing charges for my own property while receiving virtually nothing in return. Year after year, residents are expected to hand over more money, yet there is little evidence of any meaningful service, maintenance, or improvement to the area. The entire arrangement feels incredibly unfair and exploitative. Homeowners are left with no real choice but to pay, despite seeing no value for the money being collected. Communication is poor, accountability is lacking, and residents are treated as a source of income rather than valued members of the community. I have completely lost confidence in this company. If you are considering buying a property managed by them, make sure you fully understand the ongoing costs and what you actually receive in return. Based on my experience, the charges are difficult to justify and the level of service falls far below what residents should expect. One of the worst experiences I have had as a homeowner. Very disappointing and deeply frustrating.

Dreadful company, disposed of my belongings left in my allocated storage area, communication is dismissive and curt. People don’t reply to you for days and days on end. Sounds like just 18 year olds on work experience when you call up on the phone. Originally we reached out on behalf of my building to sort out a bin which we have been trying to get since March, how on earth does it take 5 months to sort out a bin? Complete joke. Avoid if they manage a property you’re interested in

HOW TO GET RID OF FIRSTPORT CURRENT SERVICE CHARGE WITH FIRSTPORT - £7000 AFTER GETTING RID OF FIRSTPORT £1980 When I first purchased my property, the annual service charge (including adjustments) was approximately £2,400. Seven years later, this has spiraled to an astronomical £7,000 per year. Charging residents in KENT significantly more than the average service charge in Central London is unjustifiable. The "budgets" provided were never accurate, and the excuses regarding "extra work" did not reflect the reality of the building’s upkeep. Furthermore, the lack of accountability from your staff was unacceptable. Residents were met with: Avoidance: Directors intentionally changing their site visit times to 7:00 AM or 8:00 PM specifically to avoid speaking with the people paying their fees. Poor Communication: Calls being hung up on and emails going ignored. Lack of Transparency: Frequently changing directors so that no one person could be held responsible for the ongoing issues. Because of this, we took action. We successfully gathered over 50% of the flat owners and exercised our Right to Manage (RTM). By paying a small fee per flat for legal representation, we have officially removed FirstPort and moved to Love Property. We now have the power to choose our own contractors and ensure our money is being spent fairly, rather than being forced to use the most expensive companies chosen by FirstPort. This feedback serves as a notice of our extreme dissatisfaction and a reminder to other residents that they do not have to accept overcharging and poor service.

If the property you are buying is serviced by this company think carefully. They are incompetent, evasive, apathetic and rude. They have doubled my service charge overnight no discussion. Expected to use the useless app to get information. So have emailed and called to no avail. Mismanaged the account and then had the audacity to increase their charges by 6%. Useless crooks. Will be contacting my MP.
