For business cards - very nice quality for the price and the image I uploaded came out exactly as expected. They came packaged well in smaller packs inside the parcel. The website and artwork upload is a bit utilitarian but it does the job. Delivery was via DPD with tracking updates promptly emailed over. No issues there. I will definitely be ordering again when need more flyers.

I have used this company previously for a business roller banner for my company and couldn’t fault them so when I needed another naturally I found my self re-ordering from them again. After issuing a complaint due to a digital editing fault on their behalf when my banner arrived - there team where nothing but helpful. They offered me a reprint with a new image. Today I received my reprint with the new image & without knowing also a reprint of my original banner without the digital flaw. I can’t fault this company and I praise its customer service team. Job well done. I will be returning in the future & highly recommend them for roller banners. Thank you

Very dissapointing treatment of long term customer... Ordered 4 pull up banners on a next day delivery basis, as my client requested them last minute for an event. Ensured I ordered before the next day cut off time, and everything advertised & promised next day delivery. Woke up to an email saying 'We’re sorry, job is delayed' 'We're sorry for not meeting the agreed delivery date'. I rang customer service at the earliest opportunity (9am on a Friday morning) and explained that they were required for an event on the Saturday morning at 9am - so I would have to try and source them elsewhere locally, so please could Solopress cancel my order - I also placed this in writing on an email. Their first reply stated that they'll aim to send them via pre-noon delivery - however, I replied to say that still wouldn't help as the event time was at 9am on the Saturday morning - so I restated could the order be cancelled fully since they wouldn't make it in time for the event. Solopress didn't cancel the order, and instead didn't reply to my follow up email until the Monday, in which they say their terms allow them to deliver late and that they wouldn't be able to offer any refunds. Because I don't share their ethic of letting down clients - I paid over double to have them printed locally same day with another company, and now because Solopress also won't refund them it means I paid £455.60 for a set of banners that I can charge my client £190 for. I've ordered all my agencies print via Solopress for 9 years, and all I received from them was blanket responses stating their terms & no effort to refund or offer anything further to remedy the situation. Zero loyalty to a long term customer who orders every month with them - all for the sake of a £150 order that they didn't make on time. So I would strongly suggest NOT to order if things are definitely required on a next day basis, as there is a high chance they will just let you down.

Excellent customer service from Jackie. I placed an order for 2500 flyers as part of a Royal Mail door to door drop for my workplace. I was confused by the Royal Mail instructions, so I contacted Solopress about my order and Jackie emailed and called me within 30 minutes. She offered to have the flyers posted directly to the Royal Mail distribution centre on my behalf and sent the extras directly to me at my office. She explained everything very clearly and was very patient and proactive. The flyers were successfully distributed by Royal Mail this week and have been a great help to the business I work for.

Excellent service from Solopress. Ordered business cards, printed and dispatched the next day, and I had not even paid for express delivery. Print quality is spot on, colours and finish exactly as expected. Genuinely impressed and will order again.
