I'd give 0 stars if I could! Only Go There If Your Will Never Need To Make A Complaint! Printed Do Not Take Responsibility For Their Unsuitable Online Systems and Have No Customer Loyalty Whatsoever! (PHOTOS SHOW WHAT THEIR PRINT PREVIEW LOOKED LIKE AND WHAT I ACTUALLY RECEIVED!) I have been using Printed for years, and had been happy with their products. But the measure of a good company is when things go wrong, and they have failed miserably by blaming me for their unsuitable and misleading online upload system. I uploaded 3 poster designs 2 portrait and 1 landscape, for printing. Although I had selected the Portrait orientation I thought I'd see if it would accept the landscape one too - if not I would've placed a separate order. On uploading and seeing the print previews, all posters looked as though they'd be printed correctly, so I submitted my order. Upon receiving the items, the portrait ones were good, but the landscape one had been cut in half! On complaining to them, Printed blamed me, of course, for ordering a landscape with 2 portrait, and when I pointed out that the preview was misleading as it looked fine on their preview online system, they blamed it on how their printing machines work. They refused to reprint the order and the "best offer`' was 25% off reprints and no free delivery. I called and advised that I refused to pay for the faulty prints and they refunded the 3 to my account. To say I am disgusted with this approach and lack of loyalty to a customer who has been with them for years, is an understatement. I have now paid my bill and requested that my account be closed and will never again use Printed.com. Utterly appalling ! Avoid, avoid, AVOID! No customer loyalty and not able to take responsibility for their unsuitable and misleading preview system.

I have recently used printed.com for my wedding invites and I would definitely use again for other wedding or future projects. There was an issue with one of my invite cards however I contacted customer services and Emily was so helpful and offered to reprint them again for free. Great customer service - thank you!

Disappointing Quality Control and Customer Service – Will Not Use Again. I recently used Printed.com for a wedding Save the Date order and was left extremely disappointed with both the quality control and customer service I received. The main issue was the letter “H” in my design not printing correctly due to a thin line used in the font style. However, there were no clear indications during the upload process about minimum font sizes or line weights required for proper printing. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to guess these specifications—there should have been clearer communication on your website or during the upload process. To this day, I still don’t know what the exact minimum requirements are because they were never provided. I was then advised to use the professional file checker service to avoid such issues in the future. But upon reviewing the service, I discovered that it doesn’t even check font sizes or other design specifications like line thickness, which are crucial for print quality. I find this concerning, as I was encouraged to use the service to prevent these very issues, and it feels unreasonable to pay an extra £2.99 for a service that doesn’t cover such essential elements. Also, why should I have to pay extra for basic quality control? When I raised the issue (after MUCH back and forth) rather than offering a simple reprint, I was offered a discount and “credits” for future orders. This attempt to haggle me into accepting a credit instead of providing a direct solution was both insulting and unprofessional. A reprint should have been the reasonable resolution, particularly when the issue was either not communicated upfront or missed during production checks. If your team had reviewed the print after production, they would have immediately noticed that the “H” had printed incorrectly. This should have been flagged before the order was shipped, making the lack of a complimentary reprint even more unacceptable. It seems that quality control was either inadequate or not performed at all. Given my experience, I will not be using Printed.com again. I had planned to use them for my formal wedding invitations and other deliverables, but now I have serious concerns about their quality control process and lack of customer-focused service. The lack of transparency and proper quality checks leaves me questioning the reliability of their service. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere and highly recommend potential customers to look for a more reliable and transparent service. - To remain fair in my review, I update that Printed.com has offered me a full refund which I appreciate, however it is a shame it took so many back and forth emails to reach this resolution.

My first time ordering from Printed.com left me in no doubt that I’d never order from them again. Days after placing an order for a branded mug they emailed to say they couldn’t fulfil the job as the artwork I supplied was square rather than the rectangle dimensions of the printable area. I tried to explain that I was happy with white space either side of my logo but it was a case of “computer says no” despite the emails apparently being sent by a real human. To add insult to injury they’ve added my email address to their marketing list and I’m now getting inundated with daily mail shots. Save your time and go for a firm that understands that logos aren’t always the exact size of the side of a mug.

I have just received my order of 2 A2 signs for my wedding with designs I created myself. I’m always iffy about ordering things like these online as it can be a gamble but I can honestly say that the quality of them is fantastic. The signs have arrived exactly how I imagined and I am so happy with them! I would post photos but they’re too personal to share.
