Purchased a Resilience E series chlorinator from them. They are supposed to last 5-7 years. It died after 2 years - just longer than the warranty. Recurring pattern with Plastica - poor quality / over-priced equipment

Tried to open account with this company a week later chased and told no account. Very poor service could have picked up the phone and advised instead of just leave us waiting and having to call them to chase. Not even directed to one of their distributors. Good luck another company in UK that cant be asked. We stock lots of the type of product they sell and will be stocking more but will buy direct from Europe

We had a winter debris cover manufactured by Plastica, the cover required detailed cut-outs around some fixed solar cover posts, the cover arrived and fitted perfectly to the pool! Another satisfied customer, great job!
