Little Greene Paint Company

I am really surprised at some of the horribly negative reviews here. I've been using Little Greene paint on our house for years now. I've tried all the other brands, and in my opinion it's the best paint. There's very little odour, it goes on like a dream and there's no patchiness. Customer service has always been fantastic as well. I use the intelligent matt on the walls and coverage is really fantastic. If I had a criticism it would be that the matte does mark - but I've tried other matte paint over the years and they all do. I think it just comes with the territory of being a matte. I've also used their eggshell and satin for wood and anaglypta, no flaking, easy to clean and a lovely sheen level. I also adore their Re:Mix line, it lets you get designer paint for incredibly affordable prices, plus it's sustainable. I don't know, for me ordering Little Greene feels like a really nice experience from start to finish. I hope these reviews don't put people off at least trying. But for the love of god people, buy tester pots! It's not on Little Greene if you don't, or if you 'change your mind'.

Ordered some paint samples which never came, they tried to deliver to the wrong address and then took them back. I spoke to a lady by email and she did agree to send replacement samples and would get a tracking no in 48hrs but which again has never arrived or the samples. I am going to have to ring them now to get my money back. Very poor service

Great paint but disappointing customer service In the middle of a redecorate of our farm house…. Sizeable project. Using 3 companies: F&B, Paint and Paper and Little Greene. Quality of Little Greene paint is fabulous but willingness’s to help a customer who has recently spent nearly £1000 in 5 months was disappointing. I phoned up to see if I could get a sample pot size of satinwood to touch up a nearly finished door frame. Told that sample pots are emulsion only so I would need to buy a litre. I pointed out the large spend(still much more to do in a complete redecorate) and again had repeated that they would not help. I persisted (politely!) asking for help and then requested to speak to a manager… told firmly that I could not talk to anyone else. Disappointed customer here who wrongly thought that purchasing from a prestige supplier would enable a bit of a bespoke service…. But colour and quality of paint is superb
