Excellent service, has everything paints, brushes and wallpaper, very knowledgeable staff.

Great range of paints with reliable coverage (albeit some exceptions). Unreliable and overpriced online deliveries via FedEx, which the company should really change. Out of five orders, one was delivered leaking onto our porch, while two more “next day” deliveries at a £10 flat rate arrived two and three days late.

I had a problem getting a dark blue colour match for my daughter’s kitchen cupboards. It didn’t need to be perfect, but near as possible because it was for the opposite wall. Dulux spectrometer couldn’t get a reading as it’s a dark colour. I couldn’t find anything close, anywhere. The wrong type of blue just looked awful. The member of staff at the F&B showroom was excellent, she really knew about colours and tones. She found a colour which is spot-on. It’s gorgeous to paint with as well.

It's a lovely showroom and the staff are friendly and very helpful. However, paint is more expensive here than from other outlets. I would have thought it would be cheaper to buy paint directly from the manufacturer but it was about £15 more for a 2.5 ltr can compared to B&Q. They may be beaten on price, but the showroom can't be beaten on the range they have in stock. The eggshell I wanted wasn't available anywhere else, so I purchased it from here. Actually seeing some of the samples available is much better than going online or in another store to buy the paint. There are colours that I'd never thought of using but now I'm inspired to try. Farrow and Ball create by far the most beautiful colours. I won't use anything else, even if it means I have to save up!

Gorgeous, chalky paints rich in pigments and totally class... A must if you're serious about curating a stunning painted finish!
