IF I COULD I'D GIVE MINUS STARS. I visited a retail site they maintain!!!!! I'd gone for an hour, when I returned my car was strewn with strimmings. They had strimmed next to my new car which was a matter of inches away. I couldn't believe it, why wasn't a screen put up to protect mine and others cars. It seems to me that all that matters is making money anything else doesn't matter. They did offer to wash my car, after I'd already done it. I had to wash it in case there was damage. Fortunately there wasn't. They say "we do try and take the utmost care" Well that's a load of crap isn't it. EMPLOY THESE IDIOTS AT YOUR PERIL.

This company was purposely spraying right next to my car with grit in an car park, came directly close to my car and started doing it when he didnt even grit the far end to where he was. Workers probably treated badly that's why they hate on nice cars and purposely do that. Cheers.

Extremely rude and unprofessional front of house staff. Male even followed me out to continue to have ago at me, when I called to speak with a manager the female member of the front of house told me “manager has better things to deal with and won’t be interested in my complaint” she refused serval times to let me speak with a member of the management team. Verbally aggressive staff. Keep well clear of this company!!!!!

We never had a problem with the company until about 3 weeks before we moved out. The gardeners always had to borrow a key for access to the back yard, because they lost their set of keys. Unfortunately for us, they managed lose ours as well. No big deal I thought, it happens. Problem was I had to get all of my locks replaced because of this, which cost me £450. I got in contact with the company asking for some compensation, as this was hardly my fault. That was over 3 months ago! Every person that I have spoken to has been either unhelpful or just plain rude. The answer I got the most was: "Sorry not my job, let me pass you onto ___" I have been passed from one department to another and not only that, their line manager has completely ignored my last 4 emails. I don't know if this is how you normally deal with customer complaints, but it's absolutely unacceptable! Edit: We were refunded the money in full in the end, which I am very grateful for!

I hadn't even heard of this company until I got woken up by one of their guys trimming hedges opposite my house at 6 in the morning. I phoned up to complain and the guy I spoke to was really apologetic and promised to get something done. I had someone try and get hold of me for the past couple of days since and not long had a call from the managing director to apologise and let me know that something had been done about it, all of this was unexpected. I think handled it very well and I appreciate them getting back to me because most people don't.
