Awesome service! After some courier mix-ups with my order, Jacob totally went above and beyond to get a replacement out to me, keeping my project on track. He kept me updated with regular emails and completely sorted everything out. I'd definitely recommend them!

Company knowingly packaged and shipped damaged product that was leaking... Very poor!! Delivery slower than competitors too.

Extremely pleased with my new lawn. Only seeded July 3rd, from scratch on new topsoil, now lush and green. A big thank you to James Renfrew who after a discussion on what I wanted and my geographical location, supplied a great seed mixture as can be seen. Thanks also to Jamie Peacock and another James who were on hand to advise me over the phone when I encountered problems along the way. I would recommend Green-tech Knaresborough without hesitation, they supplied a brilliant product, and were always there to support me through my project. Looking forward to spring when I can weed treat and topdress to level out the lumps n bumps. 😁

I'm really pleased with my new sedum roof. The experience of ordering was not great, offers of advice were made but not responded to well - I was just referred back to the web-site which I had already studied and had raised the questions I wanted answered. Mixed messages about delivery times and no confirmation of when the sedum would arrive led to a stack of sedum sitting in the unusually hot weather on the public road for 10 days in front of my house instead of round the back of my house as I'd specified. The top layer is a lovely green and the other baskets are very slowly recovering. I was pleased I had tried again this Spring as the sedum was more reasonably priced than the quotation I received last August, which, if I remember correctly, was higher than that given on the web-site.
