We celebrated my 60th birthday with afternoon tea at The Savoy, and it was a truly memorable experience. The elegant surroundings created the perfect setting for such a special occasion. A huge thank you to the attentive staff, whose warm hospitality and impeccable service made us feel so welcome throughout the afternoon. The food was absolutely amazing—beautifully presented, delicious, and incredibly generous. There was so much to enjoy, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. It was a wonderful way to celebrate a milestone birthday, and I would highly recommend afternoon tea at The Savoy for anyone looking for a truly special experience.

Our stay at The Savoy fully lived up to its premier luxury status. As a family traveling with 2 adults and 4 kids, safety is paramount for us, and the hotel provided a completely secure and comfortable environment throughout our visit. We booked connecting rooms that accommodated three people each, which was an excellent option and gave us the perfect amount of space. Despite being a historic property, the hotel is impeccably maintained and doesn't show its age at all. The service was outstanding across the board, and the breakfast was truly spectacular. The location is also highly convenient, situated just a 10 to 15-minute walk from most major areas. We were fortunate to secure a significantly discounted rate, making this exceptional experience a fantastic value. Highly recommend for families looking for a safe, spacious, and luxurious stay. A note on price. I was able to find a great deal on Expedia that was almost 50% less than the price of a direct booking with the hotel site. The only issue was I needed to ensure a connecting room and was able to do that with the hotel after booking on Expedia.

Once again, we received a warm, efficient welcome on arrival. After lunch, we were delighted that our room was ready early, allowing us to check in ahead of time. Our Art Deco Luxury King Room was absolutely stunning. It looked as though it had only just been refurbished, and every detail was exceptional. The room was beautifully appointed, with every design feature thoughtfully considered and perfectly executed. As always, we enjoyed drinks in the American Bar, followed by dinner one evening at the Savoy Grill, both of which were outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel are simply exceptional—professional, attentive and effortlessly gracious in everything they do. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The Savoy really is a little oasis in the heart of London. The moment you walk back through its doors, you instantly feel calm, welcomed and genuinely cared for. Thank you to everyone at The Savoy for another wonderful stay. We can’t wait to return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Savoy Hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay memorable. The room was beautiful. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The views were stunning and added an extra layer of charm to the experience. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of options prepared to the highest standard. Whether it was breakfast or an evening meal, every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. The Savoy manages to strike a perfect balance between sophistication and comfort, making it ideal for both relaxation and special occasions. Overall, I would highly recommend the Savoy Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future. Absolutely stunning hotel!

It was great to be back at The Savoy again to celebrate my birthday . Our stay was perfect! We had a junior suite and on our arrival we had champagne, strawberries, welcome back card and birthday chocolate. Everybody was welcoming as always. Eliah was super friendly and welcoming the whole time. She made us feel super special (especially with our Paddington Bear gift, a great surprise as we were leaving). Unfortunately Eliah had left for the day and we were unable to thank her in person but the guys on the door shared our surprise and we asked them to say thank you to Eliah for us. It was great as always to see Rob at the door, always with his warm, smiling, familiar, friendly face we have come to know and greet us on our stays. The afternoon tea and breakfast was fab as always and we enjoyed our late night drinks in the American bar. Credit to all the staff at The Savoy for always going above and beyond to make our stays feel really special!
