We have just finished running a 5-day training event at the hotel, and I can honestly say I have never experienced better service in any venue in my 20 years in business and running events. All the staff looked after us wonderfully, and couldn’t do enough. We were made to feel very special. Jacquie as the Evebts manager & Win who looked after us everyday were exceptional. The facilities were excellent. The business centre the same. The daily catering and refreshments for our event too good as I couldn’t stop eating! We will be back and THANK YOU to everyone! You are all a credit to the venue!

I had a great experience during my visit. Laura, who checked me in, was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. She made the whole process smooth Manager Shivam was also very helpful and ensured everything was well organized. Excellent customer service from both of them. The breakfast was awesome. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant one!

36c room temperature as the AC's not working. One fan per person. Check in took 40 minutes, at 11pm! The Member of staff manning the premium desk was not trained to book guests in, so had to rejoin the back of the regular queue. You MUST book the room in your name, as they will only check in the guest who made the booking. Even if you have the booking email, number and share the same surname. The phone lines to reception were either not working, or overwhelmed. If you want a fan, you need slink back across stained carpets to the reception. However, that's a welcome respite from the heat chamber rooms. It's too hot to sleep. Do not book. And if you have booked, cancel and find somewhere else. Not a mention of a refund or discount. Good luck. There is also a dead bird hanging from a net outside my window.

BLUF: Stayed here before and after my flight to Thailand for honeymoon! Highly recommend as an excellent value for money hotel with close proximity prior to/after a flight with a quality breakfast. Location brilliant to get to T2 or T3 (though I advise not use hotel hoppa - its expensive and irregular compared to either a taxi or local bus going the same route). Hotel lobby is incredible and reception staff are lovely. Rooms looking a bit dated and tired, but super clean and perfectly nice with a very comfy bed with a nice bath/shower and mini fridge. Breakfast was excellent with amazing sausages and hash browns, though I was heartbroken that there was no brown sauce 😭 breakfast staff didn’t even know what brown sauce was and pointed to the BBQ (which is far too sugary for the breakfast table 😂) Price of hotel was really good, considering proximity to Heathrow - value for money extremely high - I’ll just take a bottle of HP for my next visit 😂😂

We had a family stay at Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow & Hounslow for one night and, overall, it turned into a very positive experience despite an initial issue with our booking. We had reserved two rooms over the phone, but there was some confusion with the reservations team on arrival. I spoke to the duty manager, and Shayne was extremely helpful and professional. He quickly resolved the situation and arranged two rooms next to each other, which made a big difference as we were travelling with a baby. Check-in was handled smoothly and efficiently after that. We also spoke to Louise over the phone before check-in, and she was very helpful and supportive as well. The hotel itself is in a very good location, with reasonable pricing and well-maintained facilities. Parking at £16 per car felt like good value for the area. The rooms were clean, and the overall standards of housekeeping and service were impressive. The team throughout the hotel were polite, welcoming, and pleasant to deal with. Despite the initial reservation mix-up, the way it was handled left a very positive impression. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would happily return in the future.
