In their own words: “The business was originally founded in 1989 by the current Managing Director David Hadwin trading as Keystone Design Consultants. The company grew steadily over the next decade despite the recession years, and was incorporated in 1998 as Keystone Design Associates Limited. Based on the Fylde coast the company operates predominantly in the North West of England, though has projects through out the UK and France although we have travelled as far a field as St Lucia. We moved into Development House in 2004 providing a permanent base for the company. In 2018 planning approval was gained from Blackpool Council to modernize the office to form a fresh contemporary space to inspire us and provide a place to be proud to belong.” Services include Our Work, How Can We Help, Latest News, Awards, Who We Are, What We Do, Planning Consent and Tendering and procurement.
