Unfortunately staff are homophobic, actively swearing at members of the people when working in public areas, site managers also appear to encourage this and don’t reprimand them. Staff no matter where they work should never abuse people like this. Absolutely disgraceful, re-train your staff immediately!

Very unpleasant men outside our house at 11.30pm saying they had no permit from council when I asked for the number. Told us to "piss off" and to my husband "get control of your wife" when I asked for their permit number and details and how long they would be working keeping us all up at such a late time at night. Very intimidating. This company is now owned by Vinci, let's see if they take the complaint seriously and sack people like this. Not suitable to deal with the public at all.

Very bad customer service. spoke to Rachel and she refused to send invoices as says receipts are send on email once charged and not on pdf. she said speak to your accountant about converting those each receipt whereas shell and other countries so helpful

Perhaps your forklift operators #sloanestreet should not be manoeuvering on the road whilst on the phone, as witnessed this morning #peoplefirst?? And the rest of the team shutting a woman down for bringing it to attention!! #corporategaslighting
