Local landmark, visible from 20 miles away - we took the tour, it is a massive site with moulten rock as the centrepiece, in a rotating kiln which is in the open air, about 30 ft above the ground. Everyone seemed to be very aware of safety considerations. The view from the top of the plant was amazing of course!

The service received when attempting to obtain a quote was unsatisfactory, as I was transferred to multiple individuals and had to make six calls without a resolution. This has resulted in a considerable waste of my time.

Went on the Hertage tour of the plant. If ever you get the chance to 'look behind the curtain' I thoroughly recommend you take it. An amazing place. Run by highly trained and proud staff. Malcolm Clarke ClarkeRugby Rugby September 2025
