Computershare should not be trusted to trade or hold your shares. They are linked with an Australian parent company and have branches in many countries but none are accountable. In my case they have transferred a share holding to Computershare USA without authority and I am now unable to access it without becoming a US citizen. They will not contact their US company for me to recover the shares and have told me to do it myself. They are either very careless or fraudulent, I don't know which.

Impossible to get hold of a person, the website has popups that block the screen and are impossible to remove. The chat-bot is worthless, does not seem to understand anything.

Case CPC-135788 There is a complete lack of respect for deadlines. They keep your money, fail to meet the promised settlement period, and do not provide any clear timeframe for resolving open cases. I’ve been waiting for over 10 business days since my transaction, and I still haven’t received the funds. No one can tell me who is holding my money, or why the requested MT103 (SWIFT) document hasn’t been sent to my bank. What is the difficulty in sending such a basic document? Where is the accountability? This is unacceptable.

I am a recently over 80 widow and they were useless - have sold shares in other well know UK companies over the phone but they refuse to sell my shares as I am a Spanish Resident but an English CITIZEN .THEIR REVIEWS SHOULD BE Zero.No doubt I will get the same reply as everyone else. A standard one. Pathetic
