Seb and his team went out of their way to help me when I ended up with a nail in my back tyre earlier this week. They were very busy but still took the time to go out of their way to have the conversation, look at the problem, repair my tyre and charged a extremely competitive rate. Arrived at 9:45 on Sunday to be greeted by a friendly group of colleagues. Vehicle was promptly seen. Did my wheel alignment check and thoroughly explained the issue and did not try to rip me off or sell me anything. Requested for my alignment to be adjusted. Vehicle was done by 10:30. Vehicle now drives absolutely perfect. No steering pull steering is exactly straight. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Cheers lads

Great and speedy service with total honesty about the condition of one of my tyres leading to a surprisingly cheap solution. Will definitely return next time I require their services. Thanks to the Deputy Manager Mohammed for his help and kindness.

First of all, the reception team was very friendly and polite. However, be aware that if your car is an import, they have recently changed their system and removed the wheel alignment data for most imported vehicles. As a result, if you need a tyre replacement for an imported car, they will fit the tyre but won’t be able to perform a wheel alignment. This is far from ideal, and this information is not mentioned on their website. I wasn’t aware of it when I booked and paid for a new tyre, and now I can barely drive my car straight.

Had 2 front tyres done here. Very welcoming bunch, very professional. Left happy. Literally a week later, hit a pothole and needed a new tyre. Called Kwik Fit that morning and explained the situation. By the end of the day I was driving out with a brand new tyre, they managed to order a tyre in and squeeze me in to their very busy schedule that same day. Very helpful and professional and would recommend them and TyreCare insurance incase you're super unlucky like me.
