Took my company's works vehicle for an MOT. Good service and premises. I was surprised to learn they are closing down this year.

Had a wonderful experience at ATS euro master slade road. I think the chap name was John. Been such a while since I received such great customer service. Had a air recon on my Golf today. Was in and out in couple hours. Everything was explained and the staff are open and honest. Really appreciate the service and would highly recommend.

The best branch of ATS. I really admire their accountability to the customers and their humble response to all the queries. I've been to several mechanic shops, several automotive shops, as far as I'm concerned the people in here are technically strong and great in addressing our issues. They are clearly organised and there is no delay on appointments. They deliver the repairs, MOT at the right time as they promised. The workers go above and beyond the system to provide the atmost value to the customers. I personally liked the person who took care of my MOT. He was very concerned about my car and he cared to show me what was under the car and advised me to have a proper look. Very good team. Kuddos.

In the Convid19 climate this ATS is tooled up with signs. Efficient service as I booked my car for two tyres. Called and they were delivered. Turned up and saw me straight sorting my tyres. Please don't be turned off by the bad reviews. They kept me informed whilst waiting. Excellent service. Well done lads. 9/10 for customer service.

Arrived 15 mins before appointment to change a tyre front desk staff was polite and confirmed details and took key. Installer checked all tyres and logged it. Front desk staff informed me that tyre has been authorised and being installed. Took 1hr 4 mins to be given key back. could of been quicker No hand sanitiser at front desk Installers not wearing face mask when driving the vehicle Gloves worn but vehicle and key was not sanitised before or after
