Never received the quote I asked for, via email and had to go in 3 times to be able to get helped by a staff member. They were very helpful when they weren’t dealing with other customers. I’ve changed this review from 3 to 5 star as the follow up service from Tile direct has been exemplary. We did purchase our tiles from here and had an issue with a coating (not TDFault) and they gave us amazing advice and discounted the purchase. Above and beyond. Thank you

Popped in & was on the hunt for repro Victorian fireplace tiles for an old villa. They didn't have what we needed but the chap was super helpful, friendly and was very open to helping with recommendations and sending us directly to local competitors. Very much appreciated as we found what we needed!

I visited tiles direct to get some ideas for my kitchen. Although they didn't offer an enormous range, they did have a well curated selection of quality offerings. I found it easy to quickly narrow down a range of options. The retail assistant was very helpful and offered some great advice. Thanks Tile Direct!

Looking for replacement tiles for our bathroom wall,discussed my problems with owner,Mark,who was very obliging,loaned me a tile to take home to see if it was a match,unfortunately it was not,however,as we cannot get me matching tiles for our bathroom we may have to have our bathroom re tiiled and possibly could use this tile and others to re tile,but first have to suggest this option to the original installer of our bathroom,watch this space.
