i had such a lovely experience with the checkout team member maya who helped me with my return on saturday. she was very friendly, which made the whole process really easy and stress-free. She had such a positive attitude and made me feel welcomed from the moment I got to the counter. Amazing customer service! 5 stars for her !

Being able to meander around a store and pick things up at either 2pm or 2am is incredibly convenient. The store is - for the most part - pretty organised, and the staff that work the night shift make a 2am Kmart run make the experience top tier. Gnei is one of the lovely night shift staff - she’s helpful friendly and always manages to get a laugh out of me. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service she gives and I always look forward to seeing her. 5/5 (only because of Gnei)

I frequently shop at Kmart Sylvia Park to purchase inventory for our company, including mattress protectors, sheet sets, towels, and other household items. As I often need to buy large quantities, it can sometimes be difficult to find enough stock on the shelves. Whenever I need assistance, the team members are always friendly and helpful. However, Brad consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Whenever I visit the store, I always look for him because I know he will be willing to help. Even when he is extremely busy, Brad takes the time to assist me. He helps locate the quantities I need, checks stock in the back of the store, and ensures I can find everything required for my purchases. I have also noticed that he provides the same outstanding level of service to other customers. Brad is always friendly, approachable, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping others. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile make him an outstanding member of the Kmart Sylvia Park team. He truly deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.

Literally love this place it’s the only shop open 24:7 anywhere in auckland so perfect if needing something urgently, and they have nearly everything. They need more better quality products though not just cheap knock offs because their stuff can often break after only 1-2 uses or doesn’t last as long. Some stuff is fine, just depends what you’re getting and for boxed items always make sure to check inside the box because I’ve had missing items when I got home before even weird things like container lids.
