Great service tonight and our 2 large pizzas were perfect. One thin base, the other classic. Simple but delectable. In-person service. Keep up the good work

Very disappointed with my experience at Domino's Pizza Auckland CBD. I placed an online pick-up order at around 9:10pm with extra pineapple and selected 11:00pm pickup because I needed to catch my bus afterward. When I arrived at 11:03pm, my pizza was still not ready. The staff member told me they still needed to cut and add the pineapple because there was only one trainee worker with him. That is not a good excuse when customers order nearly 2 hours earlier expecting the food to be ready on time. Because of this irresponsible delay, I missed my bus and had to wait another 20 minutes in night time for the next one. Very poor time management and customer service. If you offer scheduled pickup times, orders should actually be ready at that time.

Don't bother! Ordered online and paid extra for fast delivery. Delivery slot kept moving back and back. Then eventually it simply said in app that the order was delivered.. and it had not! Rang the delivery restaurant and they simply said the delivery driver had come back and they didn't know why!! Insisted on redelivery even though I wanted to cancel it. The delivery then turned up 10 minutes later but of course the pizza was stone cold as were the sides. I am on holiday and ordered from Domino's as I didn't want any hassle... That will be the first and last time!!

Don't buy pizza from this store! Worse pizza+ services ever! I ordered pizza online choose pick up time is 5..30pm..went to this store pick up, no one serve me..i saw both of my pizza just sitting on the bench! And finally one staff came out after 10 mins! Not even 1 sorry to me! My pizza literally just sitting on the bench for 10 mins NO ONE CARES!!😡 I DON'T WANT TO EAT COLD PIZZA OK!! RUDE!RUDE! RUDE! One of my side was cinnamon roll..so small+ all burnt on the back! Worse experience ever! I am so angry..never coming back here ever again! 😡🤡😡🤡😡🤡👎👎👎👎
